Like every year, coming home for spring break has rekindled my knitting obsession!
Two weeks ago, I made my sister a floppy hat. I have officially now gone through all 55 pages dk hat patterns on ravelry and favorited every floppy hat of a specific shape...the new plan is to mass produce floppy hats until it is too warm to wear them.
Following the floppy hat phase, I plan on going back to mass producing socks...lace, cabled, plain, short, tall, small, big, any kind! (open to suggestions!) One summer I made 18 pairs of socks....and I am convinced it can be done again. Right?
(I'll let yall know how that goes...:P)
Meanwhile, my mother is very ashamed of me for neglecting my Ishbel shawl....so she has officially assigned me a certain number of rows per day for the next week.
I suppose I better get off my computer and get cracking. Joyatee, how on earth do you knit so much during the school year? How do I be more like you? :)

I never replied to this:
The way to knit so much during the school year is to:
a) Be in grad school.
b) Not take too many classes (one is fine).
c) Not have a life.
lol :) I'm trying to be like your mom, though! I don't know how she balances work, taking care of the home, and that much ridiculous knitting. Amazing.
